The common preparation for custom-made printed mugs under 5,000 units is 7 - 10 job days from authorization and prepayment (omits shipping time). The minimal order quantities for custom-printed mugs on most things are 100 systems. We provide complete wrap printing theoretically mug orders.

Alerting our customer care group before purchase approval and they will supply a shipping expense for visit shipment. Please call Customer Service for information. Please keep in mind that there is no additional expense to do 2-sided printing on any of our cups.

For example on a plastic mug, light filtering through will certainly trigger the ink to show up lighter and on a paper mug, ink is soaked up and may show up darker. The Cup Store mores than happy to use reduced rates when customers acquire greater quantities of our printed products.

For custom-printed orders, cancellations and Bookmarks adjustments can be asked for before evidence approval. Sleeves, coasters, napkins are digitally printed and can be published in multiple shades without added fees. Any cancellation on a personalized printed order before authorization will be subject to a 3% termination charge or a minimum of $25, along with any type of proofs that have already been produced.
